General Conditions

Enrolment
You can enrol by e-mail, telephone and fax or directly through the school. Enrolment and the booking of a place on a course will become effective only after you have received confirmation of your enrolment from I.I.I.
  Payment
In order to make a booking you are required to pay a deposit of 20% of the selected course. Our methods of payment are either in cash or by bank transfer. The reminder of the price should be paid on the first day of the course.
 Cancellations
If the course is cancelled before 14 days prior to the student’s arrival, the school will reimburse 50% of the course price. However, if the course is cancelled less than 14 days before, the booking will not be reimbursed. Cost of lost classes due to illness, early or unexpected withdrawal from the course or late arrivals will not be reimbursed.
  Discounts
There is a discount of 5% for every member of the same family enrolled in the centre.  C.I.T. members (Marbella Centre for Tourist Iniciatives) also receive 10% discount.
  Insurance
  I.I.I offers students the possibility to take out a linguistic insurance policy which covers:
- 24 hour medical assintance and hospital expenses.
- Proportional refund of the course in case of interruption.
- Public liability coverage.
- Damage to the school property.
- Luggage loss or damage during the round trip.
- Price: €35 per student per month.
 The insurance must be taken out on booking the course.

Vacations
The I.I.I closes for Christmas and New Year celebrations, Easter Week and any official local, regional or national bank holidays. We remain open the rest of the year.

The fulfillment of this form involves agreement with the register, methods of payment and cancellation conditions.
